One of the most common problems in today's world of families is marital conflict. The present study is a descriptive and correlational study that was conducted to investigate the relationship between primary maladaptive psychosis and religiosity between conflicting and non-conflicting spouses. The statistical population of this study consisted of current married people in Semnan province. From the total statistical population, 782 people were selected as a research sample using multistage random sampling. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and Fisher's exact test. The results, while challenging the function of early maladaptive psychoses and religiosity, confirmed the moderating role of the marital conflict variable. This means that the relationship between religiosity and early maladaptive psyches is significantly stronger in the group of non-conflicting spouses.
